"Wind Energy" - Thu Aug 13, 2009 we'll talk about the business of wind energy with Texas Wind Energy Institute member Rick Walker. Rick is a wind energy professional and a Ph.D. candidate in the Texas Tech University Wind Science and Engineering Research Center (WISE).
"New Tech High School" - Thu Sep 10, 2009 the Director of the Abilene ISD New Tech High School, John Martinez, will talk about how project based learning focused on engineering and computer science will be implemented in this small, stand-alone high school.
